We built Walker & Company around one principle: give firms the best information we can. That means presenting multiple quote options, providing clear side-by-side comparisons, and telling prospective clients upfront if a competitor's coverage is a better fit. Whether or not we end up working together, we want every firm to come away better informed.

Too many firms receive a short list of options from a broker who neither takes the time to understand the nuances of their practice nor shops the market extensively. We do both. We learn how your firm works, understand the market, and match the two so you end up with the strongest coverage available at the right cost.

Because we show our work, you can see when our options aren't the best fit. That may cost us business that other brokers would keep, but we think the firms that do become clients will value our approach in the long run.

Most firms stay with their current program or broker because switching is a hassle: the paperwork, the sales pitches, and the relationship inertia.
